HB 1519: Rural Hospitals
GENERAL BILL by Westbrook ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mackey
Rural Hospitals; revises definition of "rural hospital" to increase allowable number of licensed beds; provides that rural hospitals designated after July 1, 1998 shall not be included in rural hospital disproportionate share of financial assistance programs unless additional appropriations are provided. Amends 395.602, 408.07, 409.9116.
