HMOs/Claims; prescribes time for paying claims for services or goods by provider; provides procedures for denying or contesting claim; provides time limitations & notice; provides method for making payments, denying or contesting claim & providing notice; provides interest on overdue payment of claim; provides for waiver of HMO's rights under provider contract & consequences for failure of organization to comply with provisions of act. Creates 641.3155.
