GENERAL BILL by Health Care Standards & Regulatory Reform ; Dawson-White ; Lippman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Wasserman Schultz ; Saunders ; Minton ; Mackenzie ; Ritter
Transitional Living Facilities; provides for licensure of transitional living facilities for brain & spinal cord injured persons; regulates sale or transfer of ownership of facility; provides for moratorium on admissions; provides for appropriateness of placements & examination of residents; provides for property & personal affairs of residents; provides resident bill of rights, etc. Creates Part IX of Ch. 400; amends 413.273,.395,.405,.605; repeals 400.805.
