GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Health Care; deletes provisions governing recruitment & retention of health care providers in community health purchasing alliance district; provides free choice to subscribers to certain health care plans, & to persons covered under certain health insurance policies or contracts, in selection of specified health care providers; provides for freedom of choice for dental patients; creates "Access to Emergency Medical Services Act", etc. Amends FS.
