GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Myers ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant ; Bronson ; Latvala ; Meadows ; Horne ; Gutman ; Turner ; Cowin ; Dudley

Protection of Children/Teams/Program; deletes reference to child protection & sexual abuse treatment teams from responsibilities of Children & Families Program Office of CFS Dept.; provides responsibility of Health Dept. to provide services to abused & neglected children through teams & program; provides confidentiality under existing public records exemptions for records of child protection teams & personnel; requires memo of agreement between CFS Dept. & Health Dept., etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 01/01/1999
