Workers' Comp./Special Disability TF; revises procedures & requirements for reimbursement from fund; provides for barring filing of claim for reimbursement under certain circumstances; provides maximum fund assessment rate; provides schedule for reimbursements from fund under certain circumstances; provides for accounting for anticipated recoveries under said trust fund; requires insurers to identify anticipated recoveries from fund, etc. Amends 440.49, 625.091. APPROPRIATION: $3,043,000.
