GENERAL BILL by Feeney ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano ; Harrington ; Mackey ; Lynn ; Wallace
Professions/Occupations/Businesses; prohibits specified state agencies from penalizing person for violating specified rules of which he had no knowledge; prohibits such agencies from enforcing rules applicable to collection of taxes or to professions, occupations, or businesses when specified conditions are met; provides exceptions; provides defense for enforcement actions in specified circumstances; provides exceptions.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
