Juvenile & Criminal Justice; removes certain time limitations upon placement of delinquent child held in contempt in secure detention facility or secure residential commitment facility; requires that specified entities participate in interagency agreement developed by county juvenile justice council; specifies information to be included in agreement; clarifies minimum requirements to be included in application for community juvenile justice partnership grant, etc. Amends FS.
