GENERAL BILL by Rayson
Citizen Support Organizations; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for citizen support organizations which support state-funded environmental programs or management of state-owned lands under certain provision; authorizes Legislature to annually appropriate funds for use as matching funds for private donations for capital improvement facilities on state lands or for enhancement of DEP's environmental programs, etc. Amends 212.08, 370.0205.
