GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Neurological Injury Compensation; provides legislative intent re Fla. Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association; provides that administrative law judge determines jurisdiction of claim under certain provisions; prescribes circumstances in which action may not be brought under certain provisions; revises restrictions upon investments. Amends 766.301-.316.
