Community Health Purchasing Alliance; provides immunity from liability for members of board of directors of community health purchasing alliance, & its employees & agents, in performance of board's duties; corrects cross reference; establishes pilot project in Broward County to provide health care services to certain uninsured persons; provides certain authority to said alliances, etc. Amends 408.702,.703; creates 408.7059; repeals 408.705.
