GENERAL BILL by Williams
Public Hurricane Evacuation Shelters; prescribes duties of Board of Regents re identifying public shelter space; authorizes use of private buildings as shelters; provides for school boards & community colleges to assist in coordinating certain surveys; provides for public facilities to be made available for use as shelters; requires DMS to incorporate public shelter provisions into leases for certain public facilities, etc. Amends 240.295, 252.385,.51.
