CS/SB 1900: Sales Taxes/Taxpayer Relief Day

GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Cowin

Sales Taxes/Taxpayer Relief Day; designates second Saturday in August as Taxpayer Relief Day; provides that certain sales on that day be free of sales taxes; authorizes counties to exempt sales from discretionary local surtaxes; provides for rules. Creates 212.0805.
