SB 1946: Workers' Comp./Leased Workers

GENERAL BILL by Williams

Workers' Comp./Leased Workers; requires employer that leases its workers to obtain workers' compensation insurance coverage for all of its employees, including leased employees; requires that premiums be paid commensurate with exposure & anticipated claim experience; provides for voluntary & residual market coverage; provides for assignment of experience modification factor; provides lessee's obligation to secure coverage, etc. Creates 627.192.
