SB 1948: Community Development Districts

GENERAL BILL by Dudley

Community Development Districts; authorizes any community development district to hold elections for members of its board of supervisors in conjunction with general elections; provides that such members shall be elected in groups by qualified electors of district; requires each member elected to be qualified elector of district; provides for staggering of terms; provides for transition. Amends 190.006.
