Vehicle Emissions/Safety Inspections; revises language re standards & criteria adopted by DEP to achieve & maintain applicable federal & state air quality standards; provides for waiver of performance bond under certain circumstances; provides for emissions testing for nitrogen oxides; clarifies requirements for repair shops; authorizes dept. to provide for increased inspection fee, etc. Amends Ch. 325, 320.055; repeals 325.205. APPROPRIATION: $55,500.
