Fla. Agricultural Development Act; creates said act; establishes Fla. Agricultural Development Authority; provides for combination of state & federal programs to facilitate purposes of authority; establishes beginning farmer loan program; authorizes authority to make loans to beginning farmers for agricultural land & improvements & depreciable agricultural property; establishes agricultural development bond pool, etc. Creates 570.251-.2815, 159.8082; amends 159.804.,809.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law or July 1, 1998, whichever is earlier
