Viatical Settlement Act; modifies definitions used in act & adds definition of related provider trust; requires viatical settlement providers to file certain information with DOI; specifies applicability of fee & deposit requirements; specifies liability of viatical settlement provider for related provider trust; requires certain providers to file notice with dept.; prohibits misrepresentation; provides disclosure of required information. Amends Ch. 626.
