GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Lee

Juveniles/Criminal Offenses; provides that certain adjudications of delinquency are admissible into evidence for impeachment purposes; redefines term "prior record" re specified provisions re sentencing; provides civil penalty for any parent, legal guardian, or adult relative who fails to produce child for court appearance; provides for early-intervention boot camp placement of child at least 12 years of age under specified circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
