CS/SB 2074: Charter Technical Career Centers
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Burt
Charter Technical Career Centers; authorizes creation of said centers; prescribes powers & duties of Education Commissioner, DOE, participating district school boards, & community college district boards of trustees, re said centers; prescribes rights & duties of employees of centers & of district school board employees & community college employees working at said centers; includes said centers with group for purchase of certain retirement credit, etc. Amends Ch. 121, 236.081. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
