GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Clary
Professional Regulation; adds criteria for evaluating new regulation; requires DBPR & Health Dept. to consider impact on jobs when considering new regulation; provides dept. rulemaking authority; provides authority to inspect & investigate records, offices, & job sites; revises probable-cause provisions; prescribes authority of dept. or board in cases of failure to comply with continuing-education requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 455, 11.62; creates 455.2035,.2237.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
