SB 2106: Federal Equitable Sharing Trust Fund
GENERAL BILL by Williams
Federal Equitable Sharing Trust Fund; creates said trust fund within Comptroller's office; provides for revenues received from Federal Equitable Sharing Program to be deposited into trust fund; provides for administration of trust fund; prohibits commingling of trust fund moneys with other state funds; provides that trust fund is established to meet requirements of U.S. Dept. of Justice & U.S. Dept. of Treasury.
Effective Date: 07/01/1998 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
