GENERAL BILL by Education ; Lee ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Grant

School Attendance/Home Education; clarifies definition of term "home education program"; provides that definition of term "nonpublic school" does not include home education program for purpose of survey requirements; revises provisions re compulsory school attendance; provides that private tutoring may be used to meet regular school attendance requirements; provides for parental selection of method of evaluation, etc. Amends Chs. 232, 240, 228.041, 229.808.
