SB 2116: Tobacco Products Dealers

GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Tobacco Products Dealers; provides for administrative penalties against said dealers when employee, agent, or servant of dealer has unlawfully sold or otherwise transferred tobacco products to minor; repeals provision re liability of dealers for unlawful acts by their employees, agents, or servants. Amends 569.006; repeals 569.008(5).
