GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Trovillion

Correctional Work Programs; deletes provision requiring prisoners not participating in work, academic, or vocational programs to perform work for political subdivisions of state; requires DOC to maximize use of inmate labor in construction & maintenance projects; conforms name of Inmate Welfare TF; exempts inmates in certain work programs from prohibition against workers' compensation coverage, etc. Amends Ch. 946, 958.12, 945.04.
