JOINT RESOLUTION by Myers
Tobacco Lawsuit Settlement Proceeds; constitutional amendment to require deposit of moneys that state receives from settling its lawsuit against tobacco industry into trust fund that will be invested by State Board of Administration, proceeds of which investment will be deposited into General Revenue Fund for use by Legislature. Creates s. 19, Art. VII.
