CS/SB 2146: Managed Care Nondiscrimination
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Silver
Managed Care Nondiscrimination; prohibits exclusive provider organizations & health maintenance organizations from discriminating against participation by licensed & certified advanced registered nurse practitioners, solely on basis of such license or certification. Amends 627.6472; creates 641.3923.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
