GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Holzendorf

Public Assistance/Drug Testing; provides legislative intent & findings; provides for demonstration projects to be implemented which require drug screening & possibly drug testing for individuals who apply for temporary assistance or services under WAGES Act; provides procedures for screening, testing, retesting, & appeal of test results; requires CFS to provide for substance abuse treatment programs for certain persons, etc.
