Criminal Offenses/Enhanced Penalties; provides enhanced penalties for offenses committed against child or older adult; requires that court impose certain enhanced penalties if offender was member of criminal street gang at time of offense or if offense was part of any gang-related activity. Amends 775.085, 874.04.
