GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Campbell
Game Promotions; redefines terms "game promotion" & "operator" and defines term "older individual"; prohibits certain acts in connection with game promotions & promotional materials therefor; requires certain information to be printed on envelopes; provides penalties, including increased penalties when unlawful act is against older individual. Amends 849.094.
