Mental Health Hospitalization; establishes mental health partial hospitalization programs; authorizes services, license requirements, & penalties; requires background screening; authorizes fees for licensure & license renewal; provides for program standards & rules; provides for inspection, right of entry, & records; provides criteria for admitting patients; requires partial hospitalization programs to be conducted on licensed premises, etc. Creates 394.92-.938.
