SB 2250: Local Option Motor Fuel Taxes
GENERAL BILL by Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Meadows ; Geller ; Campbell ; Klein
Local Option Motor Fuel Taxes; authorizes certain charter counties to use proceeds of specified local option motor fuel taxes to address needs of homeless persons; provides for distribution of funds from local option motor fuel taxes; provides definitions; authorizes use of additional fuel tax proceeds for homeless assistance programs that are consistent with local comprehensive plan. Amends 336.025.
