GENERAL BILL by McKay
Municipal Recall; requires recall petitions to contain full text of grounds for recall alleged in petition; requires each signature on petition to be dated; provides for voluntary registration of petition before signatures are gathered; clarifies duties of clerk re determining whether petition states grounds for recall; requires recall petition & defense to contain full text of grounds for recall alleged in petition & official's defensive statement. Amends 100.361.
