GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf
Pari-mutuel Wagering/Acct. Wagering; authorizes permitholder that conducts pari-mutuel wagering to conduct account wagering, notwithstanding other provisions of law; provides for wagers to be debited from account held by permitholder; provides for all forms of said wagering to be available through account wagering; provides for winnings to be credited to account upon confirmation of race as official; authorizes permitholder to operate account-wagering center at designated location, etc.
