GENERAL BILL by Burt
Ballot Referenda/Summary & Title; requires that ballot title & summary be included on constitutional amendment or other public measure submitted to vote of people; requires that Attorney General review ballot summary & title of proposed constitutional amendment or public measure & file revised ballot summary & title if necessary; provides for Secretary of State to transmit approved copy of ballot summary & title to supervisors of elections, etc. Amends 101.161, 16.061; creates 101.163.
