SB 2470: Contractors/Journeyman Craftsmen
GENERAL BILL by Turner
Contractors/Journeyman Craftsmen; authorizes local governments to adopt ordinances re journeyman craftsmen, including requirements for presence of such craftsmen, including certified or registered contractors, at job sites; provides for proceedings against contractors who violate local requirements that journeyman craftsmen be present on job site; provides for appeals of disciplinary action taken; provides intent re such requirements, etc. Amends Ch. 489.
