GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means
Trust Funds/DOC; modifies provisions re specified trust funds & fund accounts within DOC; provides sources of funds & purposes of Inmate Welfare Trust Fund, Privately Owned Institutions Inmate Welfare Trust Fund, & Employee Benefit Trust Fund within department; provides for annual appropriation of funds deposited in Inmate Welfare Trust Fund; revises provisions re fees for certification & monitoring of batterers' intervention programs, etc. Amends FS.
