Insurance Audits/Confidentiality; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain documents submitted to DOI re voluntary internal evaluation or audit conducted by insurance companies; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides statement of public necessity; takes effect on date SB 2528 becomes law, & shall not take effect if such legislation does not become law.
