GENERAL BILL by Myers

Health Dept./Prescription Drugs; clarifies wholesale distribution & permitting requirements; authorizes transfers for government purposes in certain situations; authorizes retail pharmacy to transfer limited quantities of prescription drugs without wholesaler permit; authorizes government officers & employees to possess complimentary prescription drugs when acting within scope of employment; creates Drug Regulation Advisory Group, etc. Amends Ch. 499.
