Palm Beach Co./Sheriff Employees; revises provisions re employees of Palm Beach County Sheriff; revises procedures for appeal of disciplinary actions & complaints against employees of sheriff; revises provisions limiting benefits to employees beyond rank of captain to apply to employees beyond rank of lieutenant; provides that certain monetary emoluments be based on performance for employees at rank of captain or its civilian equivalent.
