Lee Co. & Fort Myers/Annexation; provides for annexation of enclaves known as "Dunbar" & "Belle Vue" by interlocal agreement between city & county, subject to approval by referendum; provides for procedures for adoption of agreement & for referendum; provides for authority for assumption of municipal service duties & transfer of infrastructure.
