Keys Aqueduct Authority; (Monroe Co.) provides for certain matters re construction, acquisition, & maintaining of wastewater system for collection, treatment, & disposal of wastewater in said county; provides for certain matters re purchase of property by said authority; provides for notification to public of availability of Fla. Keys Aqueduct Authority's annual audit; amends certain provisions re issuance of bonds.
