Tampa/Job Training & Retirement; (Hillsborough Co.) provides for consolidation of job training partnership programs of City of Tampa & of Hillsborough County; provides for employees who are transferred from city to county to elect, within specified deadline, to remain in City of Tampa pension plan or to transfer to FRS; provides procedures for making election; provides that county job training partnership program employees who are hired after specified date become members of FRS.
