Tampa/Firefighters & Police/Pension; enables increase in accrual of benefits from 2 percent to 2.5 percent for additional years of service after 26 years re Pension Fund for firefighters & Police Officers in City of Tampa; provides for pension benefits after 20 years of service without reduction upon separation; provides for Deferred Retirement Option Program; provides for additional benefits; provides for contribution rates.
