SB 2604: Hillsborough Co./Hospitals
LOCAL BILL by Grant ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Lee ; Hargrett
Hillsborough Co./Hospitals; authorizes county commissioners to provide by ordinance for liens in favor of all operators of hospitals in said county & in favor of said county when it pays for medical care, treatment or maintenance of qualifying residents of county upon all causes of action, suits, claims, counterclaims, & demands accruing to persons to whom care, treatment, or maintenance is furnished by such hospital or is paid by said county, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
