GENERAL BILL by Rossin
Firearms/Safe Storage; creates "Safe Storage of Firearms for Protection of Children Act"; defines term "locking device"; provides that it is 3rd degree felony to knowingly alter or remove locking device from firearm without authorization of owner; provides that locking device may be used for purpose of lawfully storing firearm within access of person under specified age, etc. Amends 790.001,.174,.175, 784.05.
