Volusia Co. Health Care District; creates Volusia County Health Care District; provides taxing authority; specifies use for taxes collected; provides for board of directors; reduces millage rates for certain existing special taxing districts; prohibits sale or lease of certain hospital facilities; allows certain exceptions to West Volusia Hospital Authority re leases with Memorial Health Systems; provides for report to Volusia County Legislative Delegation, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
