Bay Co./Panama City-Bay Co. Airport; amends provisions re codification, re-creation, reestablishment, & organization of airport district in Bay Co., to be designated as Panama City-Bay County Airport & Industrial District; re-creates airport authority as governing body; provides for its government, jurisdiction, expansion of powers, franchises, privileges, including creation of independent airport police department, with full police powers, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
