Monroe Co./Village of Islands; revises transition provisions re charter of Islamorada, Village of Islands, re state shared revenues to extend waiver of applicable revenue sharing eligibility requirements & to authorize usage of millage levied by Monroe Co. Mosquito Control District for purposes of meeting minimum amount of revenue required to be raised for revenue sharing eligibility; declares charter to be effective pursuant to its terms & conditions, etc.
