GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Williams

Motor Vehicle & Truck Repair Parts; provides for contract agreement for repair parts for motor vehicles & trucks; provides requirements re agreements between manufacturers & distributors of & dealers in motor vehicle or truck repair parts; requires that termination of such contracts be done in good faith; provides penalties for terminating contract in specified circumstances; provides for attorney's fees for prevailing party in certain legal actions, etc. Creates 686.30.
